It helped her become the world's third most powerful and richest woman according to Bloomberg and Forbes Billionaires Index. She also got the rank of 22nd richest person in the world at the age of 49. She received 19.7 million shares of Amazon for the 4 percent stake. While dissolving her marriage, Scott signed a Giving Pledge in 2019, in which she promised that she would donate more than half of her net worth to philanthropy and non-profit organizations in order to help poor, homeless, and underprivileged people.
